Mentoring in Challenging Times (Repeat)

An innate part of effective mentorship is guiding the mentee during times of challenge and stress. This responsibility can appear daunting when the mentor is faced with those same stressors and challenges. Please join us as we discuss proven ways to maintain or enhance our mentoring relationships during difficult times.
