Evidence is mounting that contemplative mind-body practices such as yoga have enormous benefits in the realm of professional development.

Join us for a free yoga class specially designed for Xavier faculty. This session will teach you practices which support mindfulness, concentration, positive attitude, peace of mind, and more.

No prior knowledge, skills, or experience needed. Anybody regardless of age or condition can practice.
