Establishing and Maintaining a Personal Practice of Contemplation

Your personal practice is the foundation for your contemplative pedagogy. However, getting started isn't always easy or obvious — and even those with years of experience can sometimes use a refresher. This workshop will provide some tips for establishing a personal practice and sticking with it on a daily basis. We'll explore the basics of a several different practices to show that contemplation comes in many forms.
