Contemplative Pedagogy Roundtable

Contemplative pedagogy consists of various teaching methods which may be employed to create deeper levels of awareness, concentration, or insight in your students (Center for Teaching and Learning, Vanderbilt University, 2014).

In this informal discussion session, we'll talk about the challenges and rewards associated with implementing a contemplative pedagogy. Hear from Xavier faculty who have given it a try. What's worked? What hasn't?

No experience necessary.

Note: Lunch will be provided.
