Course Portfolio for History1040HN World Civilizations to 1500

Dr. Reese wrote a portfolio for his World Civilizations to 1500 course with ''...the hope that reads of this..may some gain useful insights into the construction of World Civilization courses as we as a profession continue to define just what is 'World History' and consider whether or not, as it stands now, it is a worthy pursuit.''

The course portfolio includes Dr. Reese's statement of teaching philosophy, overview of and reflections of the course, syllabus, class exercises, essays, exams, and student course evaluations.

The portfolio is available in the Center for the Advancemnet of Teaching.
