Strategies to Increase Active Learning in Large Classes
Involving students in their own learning of course material has the potential to increase both academic achievement and critical thinking skills in students. This workshop will explore the use of classroom assessment techniques and in-class group work as strategies to increase active learning. We will pay special attention to using these strategies in large classes.
