Cayuse 424 Training

Registration is currently open, but it is limited, so please register early. You may register by sending an email to ORSP@xula.edu or through the CAT+ FD webpage. When registering to ORSP@xula.edu, please use "Cayuse 424 Training" as your subject line.

If you cannot attend this session, we would still appreciate an email from you so that we can estimate the need for additional trainings in the future.

Cayuse 424 is a user-friendly, web-based proposal development system that will reduce your administrative burden in the proposal development, routing, approval, and submission process. As of January 2, 2018, the use of Cayuse 424 was made mandatory for all federal proposals (except those administered through Institutional Advancement) regardless of sponsor; and this 60 minute training session is required in order to gain log-in access to use Cayuse 424.

For future reference, during 2018, ORSP will be rolling out the Cayuse IRB and IACUC modules so that Investigators whose research involves human or animal subjects will be able to develop and submit protocols electronically as well as track protocols through the review and approval process.
