Brightspace: Assignments and Discussion Forums (#1)
Do you collect student assignments through email or in person? Do you need an easy way to set and manage deadlines? Don't clutter your inbox and save trees by using Brightspace's assignment submission tool!
Do you want to communicate and collaborate with your students outside of the classroom in order to enhance the instructional environment? Brightspace has several communication and collaboration tools that may be useful to you.
In this workshop you will learn how to use the Assignments tool to collect and manage assignments and the Discussions tool for communication and collaboration.
All participants are asked to watch these short videos before attending the training session.
You will be able to use one of the computers in our computer lab for the training. However, feel free to bring your own laptop, tablet, and/or smart phone so you can explore and build content in the Brightspace environment!
Sandbox courses are available. Fill out this form to request a Brightspace Sandbox course.
