Do you use music in your teaching and learning? If not, maybe you should consider using music.
Research has shown that music can:

- Raise energy levels
- Reduce stress levels
- Calm your students
- Motivate and inspire your students
- Keep students focused and attentive
Whether you need to calm your students down, or get them up and moving, music is just the thing to try out.
